Rotary Clock Insertion

This component inserts rotary clock on a placed or a routed design. More details on rotary clock can be obtained from Rotary Clock Insertion Package and from www.multigig.com.
     
  Determines the rotary ring structure (size, wire thickness, layout, etc.) and inserts them on appropriate metal layers.
  Selects appropriate rotary cells (regenerators, dividers, buffers, invertors, FFs/Latches) as needed, identifies ideal locations for them and uses the placement capabilities to incrementally place them legally in the design.
  Allows the users to create and promote obstructions based on lower level hierarchical cells or hard-macros to drive the rotary clock insertion tool.
  Interfaces with industrial extraction and circuit level simulation tools to back annotate the timing data into the tool and produce timing reports with rotary clock.
